How It Works
Six steps, one coordinator, no surprises.
Every step below is a real, visible status in your portal, not a promise you have to take on faith. Here's exactly what happens, in order, from your first call to your first apartment.

Book a consultation
$100 for Education, $150 for Immigration. It's a real working session, not a sales call, with no obligation to buy anything afterward. You don't need to know yet which one fits; that's what the call is for.
Choose what to sign up for
One section or several, based on what came out of the consultation. Immigration advice always comes from a licensed RCIC or lawyer, never from ArrivEase directly.
Pick a tier, if it's Arrival
House Hunt Only, House Hunt + Arrival, or the Full Package, at whatever price is live that day, regular or promo.
Pay for what you signed up for
Each service goes from “pending” to “active” only once its own fee is paid. Your coordinator doesn't start real work before that.
Work with one coordinator throughout
The same person follows you across every section you're in, from your first document to your first apartment.
Add more later, anytime
Starting with just Education? Add Immigration or Arrival from your portal whenever you're ready. Nothing about your first choice locks you in.

“Throughout” is the whole point
Most newcomers piece together a program advisor, an immigration consultant, and a housing contact separately, repeating their situation to someone new at every step. One coordinator who already knows your case end to end is what actually turns six steps into one relationship.
Payment gating, plainly
“Pending payment” and “active” are real, visible statuses in your portal and on your coordinator's dashboard, not a formality.
Ready to talk?
The consultation fee confirms your booking. It commits you to nothing after that.
