Terms of Service

ArrivEase is a coordination platform that helps clients plan their move to and settlement in Canada across three service areas — Education, Immigration, and Arrival & Life Setup — through a single assigned coordinator. ArrivEase is available to clients across all of Canada.

ArrivEase does not receive, hold, or transmit client funds for tuition or rent, in any currency, at any point. Tuition payments are made by clients directly to schools, through the school's own payment rail. Rent payments are made by clients directly to landlords, into the landlord's own account. ArrivEase is not a party to either payment and accepts no responsibility for their processing.

Any payment ArrivEase collects from you is solely for ArrivEase's own coordination service fees, as described on our Pricing page.

ArrivEase is a coordination platform, not a law firm or immigration consultancy. All immigration and visa advice provided through ArrivEase is given by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or lawyer, licensed and verified independently of ArrivEase. ArrivEase itself does not provide legal or immigration advice.

Each service becomes active only once its associated fee is paid in full, including the initial consultation itself — payment is what confirms a booking. Prices in effect at the time of purchase, including any applicable promotion or entitlement, are shown on your invoice before payment.

If you're dissatisfied with a paid service, you can raise it directly from that invoice in your Billing screen — this notifies your coordinator and creates a record an admin reviews. Housing options shown to clients come from ArrivEase's internal landlord network and are not a public listings service. Each unit is reviewed by a coordinator before being shown to any client, and its verification status is disclosed to you at the time it's shown.

You agree to provide accurate information, to make tuition and rent payments directly to the relevant school or landlord, and to use the platform in good faith. Misuse of the platform, including attempts to circumvent verification processes, may result in suspension of your account.

ArrivEase coordinates services provided in part by independent licensed professionals and third parties (schools, RCICs, lawyers, landlords, vendors). While we verify credentials and housing before either is shown to you, ArrivEase is not liable for the acts or omissions of these independent third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients before taking effect.
